One winter, a frail old woman arrived at the village gates. Her clothes were tattered, her skin was weathered by the sun, and her hands were rough and calloused. She was shivering uncontrollably and carrying a heavy wooden box.
From that day on, the village of Eldoria changed forever. Kaelen stopped staring at his reflection and began helping the elderly. The villagers stopped judging each other by their clothes and faces, having finally learned that the most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen, only felt. beautiful
Fascinated, Kaelen pushed his way to the front. "Let me look! My reflection will surely be the most glorious of all." He stepped in front of the mirror and gasped. One winter, a frail old woman arrived at the village gates
The old woman sighed, but as she turned to leave, she tripped on a cobblestone. The heavy wooden box slipped from her grasp and crashed to the ground, bursting open. Inside was a magnificent, glowing silver mirror. From that day on, the village of Eldoria changed forever
She approached Kaelen by the fountain. "Kind sir," she rasped, "I have travelled for weeks. May I please have a sip of your water and a small piece of bread?"
