Fold the wings down. To get the F-22 look, fold them at a slight angle so the wing tips are wider at the back than at the front. Leave about an inch of the paper in the center to serve as the fuselage (handle) .

Take those newly created diagonal edges and fold them into the center again. This makes the nose very narrow and sharp—essential for that stealth profile . Fold the wings down
Flip the plane over and fold it in half along your original center crease. The "locking tab" should be on the outside. Fold the top corners down to the center once more
Looking at the plane from the front, the wings should form a slight "Y" or "U" shape, not a "T." This provides dihedral stability .
Fold the entire pointed nose down so the tip touches the bottom edge of your previous folds. It should look like a blunt envelope.
