Firefox で閲覧したところ、警告になりました。

少なくとも、ダウンロードコンテンツへのリンクは有効ですし、現在、私はダウンロードできます。
officecdn.microsoft.com は、マイクロソフトが管理運営しているサイトですので、私に不具合を申し立てられても、対応はできません。
