[s1e4] The Miracle Job -

Elias approached the loom. It wasn't just a machine; it was a living entity, fueled by the frustration and despair of the workers who had once toiled within its walls. As he reached out to touch the tangled threads, the loom groaned, a sound like grinding metal.

Intrigued, Elias followed the orb's guidance. The mill was a skeletal remains of its former glory, the air heavy with the ghost of a thousand humming machines. In the center of the main floor, a massive, ancient loom stood, its threads tangled and glowing with a malevolent green light. "The source," the orb whispered.

The mill was no longer a tomb. The air felt lighter, the scent of ozone replaced by the faint aroma of freshly woven silk. Elias looked down at the orb, which was now dark and cold. Its purpose was served. [S1E4] The Miracle Job

The orb pulsed brighter. A map of the sector materialized, dotted with crimson points indicating areas of extreme instability. The textile mill, once the heart of the community, was a swirling vortex of red.

Word of the "Miracle Job" spread quickly through the sector. People began to return to the mill, not as drones, but as creators. The gears were oiled, the looms repaired, and the community found its pulse once more. Elias approached the loom

"Welcome," a melodious voice chimed, "to the Miracle Job. Your task: Restore balance." Elias frowned. "Balance? In this dump?"

Malakor laughed, a harsh, dry sound. "Balance is a myth. Power is the only reality." He raised a hand, and the loom's threads lashed out like whips. Intrigued, Elias followed the orb's guidance

Malakor screamed, his form flickering as the source of his power vanished. With a final, blinding flash of blue light, the loom fell silent. The green glow was gone, replaced by a soft, steady hum.
